BW Reads: Meeting the Challange to Read a Million Pages

The class of 2014 (the sophomore class) read 233,287 pages of pleasure reading during the third triad!  That’s an average of 405 pages per student.  The sophomores have now read a total of 715,740 pages since the start of the school year.

The sophomore classes with the highest reading totals for the third triad are:
Mrs. Sprigg’s third hour class:  26,963 pages
Ms. Bielong’s fifth hour class:  21,188 pages
Mr. Johnson’s fourth hour class:  19,729 pages
Mr. Reidelberger’s second hour class:  18,494 pages
Ms. Bielong’s sixth hour class:  17,394 pages

The class of 2015 (the freshman class) read 206,547 pages of pleasure reading during the third triad!  That’s an average of 394 pages per student.  The freshmen have now read a total of 674,319 pages since the start of the school year.

The freshman classes with the highest reading totals for the third triad are:
Ms. Thurnau’s second hour class:  26,165 pages
Mrs. Matysik’s fifth hour class:  18,917 pages
Ms. Bielong’s fourth hour class:  17,394 pages
Mrs. Matysik’s first hour class:  15,574 pages
Mrs. Matysik’s sixth hour class:  14,547 pages
Mrs. Thurnau’s seventh hour class:  13,880 pages

The Belleville West teachers read 47,053 pages of pleasure reading during the third triad!  That’s an average of 349 pages per teacher—more than they’ve read in any other triad.  (Freshmen and sophomores, the teachers are getting closer.)
